1.殼體采用高強度合金鋁一次性壓鑄成型，表面經高速拋丸清理后高壓靜電噴塑。外殼結構緊湊合理、材質密度高強度好、防爆性能優良，表面塑粉附著力強具有良好的防腐能力，表面光潔，美觀大方；
2.燈罩采用高硼硅鋼化玻璃，透光率高，可承受高強沖擊；
3.采用密封結構，保證了較強的防水、防塵能力；
4.采用活節螺栓緊固，能快速向上開啟，便于維修；
