熱動(dòng)力式圓盤(pán)式蒸汽疏水器，焊接式疏水閥，小排量疏水閥
博耐斯熱動(dòng)力力蒸汽疏水器剛啟動(dòng)時(shí)，首先在較低的壓力下空氣和冷凝水流過(guò)疏水閥，通過(guò)入口孔托起閥片，再由出口孔排出，當(dāng)壓力、溫度上升后，內(nèi)壓上升，推動(dòng)凝結(jié)水量增多，而增大流速，這時(shí)閥片下的靜壓降低，使閥片下落，蒸汽從出口孔中間由四周流向閥片和閥蓋之間的間隙，進(jìn)入壓力室，將閥片壓在密封環(huán)上，關(guān)閉閥門(mén)。當(dāng)壓力室的蒸汽溫度降低，開(kāi)始冷凝，使壓力室內(nèi)的壓力降低，進(jìn)口壓力托起閥片，疏水閥開(kāi)啟進(jìn)行排水。024-62657366
Disc TrapWhen starting the device,firstly,the air and condensed water will flow across steam trap under rather low pressure,and lift valve plate through the entrance hole,and then discharge from the exit hole.After the pressure and temperature rise,the inner pressure will also rise,and cause increased amount of condensed water and increased flow rate,at the moment, the static pressure of valve plate declines which causes the drop of valve plate,and then,the steam flows from all directions via the exit hole into the gap between the valve plate and the valve cover.After steam enters the pressure chamber,it shuts down the valve by pressing valve plate onto the sealing ring.When the steam temperature inside the pressure chamber begins descending and the steam begins to congeal,the pressure declines in the pressure chamber,and the inlet pressure lifets the valve plate,and then the steam trap opens and discharge water.

1、選型時(shí)請(qǐng)?zhí)峁┕ぷ鲏毫Α⒐ぷ鲏翰睢⒛Y(jié)水發(fā)生量、工作溫度、連接方式及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。2、凝結(jié)水負(fù)荷的安全系數(shù)一般為2～3倍。
3、正確安裝、定期保養(yǎng)清除閥內(nèi)污物，保證疏水閥正常工作和延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。
