通斷時間面積法供熱計(jì)量系統(tǒng)主要基于了我國行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《供熱計(jì)量技術(shù)規(guī)程》JGJ173-2009中的通斷時間面積法原理、在供熱系統(tǒng)中的可變壓力變流量控制原理、智能控制技術(shù)中的模糊PID控制原理以及物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)中的無線組網(wǎng)技術(shù)原理等四種技術(shù)原理。其中前兩者是能源技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)原理、第三個原理是控制技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)原理、最后一個原理是通訊系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)原理。因此，該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)集合了多學(xué)科的技術(shù)，使得系統(tǒng)的功能更為優(yōu)越。

        通斷時間面積法供熱計(jì)量系統(tǒng)具有供熱用戶的熱量功能、系統(tǒng)的調(diào)控功能，同時融合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)現(xiàn)代化網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)計(jì)量和節(jié)能調(diào)控融為一體的現(xiàn)代化能源管理系統(tǒng)。

        通斷時間面積法供熱計(jì)量系統(tǒng)主要包括供熱計(jì)量系統(tǒng)、管網(wǎng)節(jié)能調(diào)控制系統(tǒng)、上位機(jī)管理系統(tǒng)。

        通斷時間面積法供熱計(jì)量系統(tǒng)中主要包括無線溫控器或有線溫控器、通斷時間調(diào)節(jié)閥、樓棟數(shù)據(jù)采集器、樓棟熱量表、樓棟動態(tài)壓差平衡閥以及電源適配器等產(chǎn)品。

●無線溫控器或有線溫控器是用于測量室溫與設(shè)定室內(nèi)溫度；

●通斷時間調(diào)節(jié)閥根據(jù)溫控器的溫度變化指令調(diào)節(jié)用戶入戶管道上的閥門開關(guān)，以實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度控制功能；

●由于通斷時間調(diào)節(jié)閥開度檔位可調(diào)，因此可以根據(jù)用戶的塑粉水力系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行樓層之間的平衡調(diào)節(jié)；

●樓棟數(shù)據(jù)采集器以一定周期輪循訪問戶外通斷時間調(diào)節(jié)閥、樓棟熱量表，并采集計(jì)時通斷時間調(diào)節(jié)閥上的工作時間和樓棟熱量表上的工作能耗；

●樓棟熱量表時時采集整幢樓的熱量數(shù)據(jù)，并上傳到數(shù)據(jù)采集器；

●樓棟動態(tài)壓差平衡閥調(diào)節(jié)樓與樓之間的水力平衡；

●將各棟樓的數(shù)據(jù)采集器的累計(jì)能耗記錄分時上傳至中央計(jì)算機(jī)服務(wù)站；

●中央計(jì)算機(jī)服務(wù)站設(shè)有遠(yuǎn)程訪問中心，不同權(quán)限用戶亦可通過Web頁面或手機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)等方式查詢實(shí)時使用情況。

      Bejing Yidu Instrument and Meters Setting Plant is a joint—stock enterprise with allintegral set of service combining development，production and after service. Since the enterprise system reform in November 2001，the company has focused on independent research and development as well as producing high—tech instruments and meters. Our company has early been specialized in producing calorimeters， pre—payment IC card for cold and hot water meter, pressure gauge／manometer, etc. At the same time, we provide useful technical support for the government in spreading intelligent resident construction new technology so as to solve problems in independent charge in water fee and concentrated heat supply. Our company situates in Yuzhuang Economic and Industrial Development Zone of Beijing, the capitol of China. The area which the factory covers reaches 10,000 squaremeters, and the total capital of our company amonnts to 80，000,000 Yuan.
